We almost went with Party Petals. One of my other friends used Party Petals and really liked them as well.

I recommend Katie with Ambience Floral Design. She's out of Roseville, and did the flowers for our Sacramento wedding. She was AMAZING to work with, very very talented.

A second vote for Katie at Ambience! She will work with any budget and I absolutely adore her work. Right next to Ambience is Celebrations Party Rentals. They have a showroom where you can go and look at everything.
