My dress came in two days ago, but I didn't get to try it on until last night. I apparently fail at correctly measuring myself. The dress fits in the bust and in the waist, mostly. Her waist was a tiny bit smaller than mine and her bust was a little smaller too. Neither is a huge deal. There's only one problem. My hips are a little bit bigger than the original owner. So now we're on the hunt to find a seamstress that can take it out. The dress has been taken in before so we're hopeful it can be taken out.
I absolutely love it though. Once we fix it and it stops bunching up in a weird place on my left hip it's going to be perfect. I'll post pictures when I try it on again, since it's currently hanging up in the bag. My mom helped me try it on and was super helpful about finding a seamstress, so maybe she kind of likes it.
As frustrated as I was about the hips, this is definitely the dress and I'm so excited.
