My friend getting married at the Merion has been calling for Adrienne and getting the run around. Anyone hear anything? She is getting nervous.

    When is her wedding? The Merion is a very popular place so they are concentrating on next weekend's weddings. If your friend's wedding is a ways off they might not consider her an emergency.

    Yeah, when is her wedding?  I'm getting married there in a few months, my consultant is Sue, and every time I need her she's fabulous.

    Adrienne is actually my event specialist (is that what they are called?)
    I always just email her and  usually hear back fairly quickly unless it's a Monday or Tuesday.  I think they are her days off.  Did she try emailing too?

    Well on my way home right after I wrote that last message I got a call from The Merion.  Adrienne is no longer employed there.  The general manager is taking over my wedding.  Not sure if he's taking over all her weddings?

    Yikes!  She is my event specialist as well, but I didn't receive any phone calls.  I am getting married in August.  When is your wedding.

    I'm not getting married until November, but she was mine and I haven't heard anything from them either. I worked with the manager Cliff once before, and he was amazing. I HOPE he's getting her weddings!

    I am getting married in March so I think they are going through her schedule and assigning her closest weddings first.
    Cliff is going to be taking care of me so I'm happy you said he's good!!!!!!

    I am a wedding planner and have worked with Sue and others at The Merion they are very professional and I don't beleive you have anything to worry about!

    Thank you because it's rather scary that with less then two months to go all the sudden I have a new person.  Oh well....what can you do?  :-)

    I just spoke to Cliff yesterday and was told that they have a new coordinator that is starting next week.  He said that she has lots of experience. She will be contacting people next week when she starts, so if you don't hear anything by the end of next week, I would definitely give him a call.
