Etsy Help?!

I need a little help.. I signed up for an Etsy account right after I got engaged I love the site! I love the products! However, I wrote the same "business" twice and have still not heard back! I'm getting so frustrated with the fact that the girl won't get back to me! The girls site does say she does take awhile to respond but I wrote her June 1st and 8th, and still no response. I even went as far as finding her facebook site... and still nothing! Is this usual?

    I ordered a lot through Etsy and I'd say the longest I waited for the response was 3 days. I'd look at a similar thing from a different seller.

    I have used Etsy many times. I haven't had any problems.  I would definitely look for another seller.  Sorry you had a bad experience.

    I ordered a lot on Etsy during the last year & luckily, never had any issues. I did have a few sellers that I contacted that took awhile to respond, so with that said I just found another that sold a similiar item & were easier to communicate with. Good luck, I love Etsy!

    Hi! I ordered a TON from Etsy for my wedding and just for myself and I will say I have had a few issues with sellers. If the seller isn't responding then you really don't want to buy from her... can you look elsewhere on Etsy for a similar product?? I too LOVE Etsy!! It's such a great resource! :) GL!

    The first person I contacted to make my wedding invitations didn't respond to me for nearly a month, and by that time, I had already gone with a different vendor.  Then, I noticed that she had set up a different shop under a different name because she had gotten a large number of negative reviews under the first shop's name, which was really shady.

    I would move on.  If you haven't heard from them, and haven't bought from them yet, then chances are it's not going to improve once they already have your money.

    hm, maybe we should make a list of etsy vendors that pgh knotties have used and had good experiences with?

    I'd love to start using etsy, but there are SO many choices, I get overwhelmed.

    That's a great idea!!! I totally understand and get overwhelmed at times as well. We can add it to our weebly site or something similar to recommended vendors?

    Thanks girls! Unfortunately, no one else on Etsy sells what I want! I'm looking for Birch Wood Flowers, they are beautiful!! I'm also looking at getting my garter and a few other items from the site! Thanks for your input!
