Hi Ladies,
I just had to share my excitement with someone. A little history: I have been a competitive dancer for most of my life. About 5 years ago I fractured my tibia. It wasn't really a lot of fun and the doctor's didn't really know what to do. About a year ago I found a doctor who would opperate and told me that I would be able to dance again. So I had a nail put into my tibia.
Well... shortly after Christmas I started to have a lot of pain in my lower leg and was unable to do any sort of physical activity. In fact, even walking was becomming painful. Turns out that I was reacting to the nail and it needed to be removed. I was totally bummed and just wanted to be able to go to the gym and dance.
So I had the rod removed a month ago. My exciting news is that I'm finally healed up enough to go back to the gym!!! There is no more pain in my leg and I'm so happy to be able to get back in shape!!!
Sorry for the long post! I just needed to share!
