lokking for a florist

I am getting married this September in Long Beach Island and I am looking for a good, reasonably priced local florist that will be willing to travel over an hr away to deliver my flowers. I live in Maple Shade, NJ. Is it possible to find someone local or will I have to go closer to the shore to find one. Any suggestions? Thanks

    County Seat Florist is located in Mays Landing and I know he's willing to travel. I am having my wedding in Berlin which is an hour away (same distance to LBI) and he didn't have a problem with it at all. I ended up booking Maria from Mums the Word, I don't know how she feels traveling that far but it doesn't hurt to find out.  She is awesome.  She really has an eye for what flowers and arrangements go with your vision for your wedding. Another florist who is really good is Michael Bruce. I loved him and he is extremely talent but also very expensive. GL!

    definitely give John at County Seat Florist a call!  He's fantastic.  I absolutely loved how he brought my vision to a reality in my head and I could finally see how my wedding would look with flowers.  He really knows his stuff and he's great for budgets!

    If you want to go the route of someone local, give a call to some of your local florists and ask before you meet with them.  I'm not too familiar with florists in LBI, but you could always ask your venue for suggestions of who they use as the house florist, or who other couples have used.  They really know the vendors near them and that they've worked with, so they will tell you who to stay away from too!  Hope this helps!

    Maria from Mums the Word is traveling to my Cape May wedding, I'm sure she'd do the same for yours.

    Betinas Garden is great and affordable. She was willing to travel for my wedding, I believe she is located in Galloway.
