    That is sooo true!  I cant tell you how many times I had to run to the bathroom out of no where because it just hit me.  =(  my question is did you lose a lot of hair 3 months after starting it?  I did and I was thinking it was because my body wasnt getting all the nutrients it needed.  I need to start taking it again but do not want to lose hair on our 1st ann...  BTW my Dr actually told me about this pill and said it was safe.  It does teach you to eat better...or else.  lol
