I got into work at 640am so I could go to the cardio/ core class at the gym after work. Thank goodness for cofee!

Morning! Anyone else wearing purple today?

I def. don't want to be at work today, and I don't want to go to class tonight - esp if she has our journals and papers graded (I'm a total wuss). I'm not feeling too well either thanks to the weather - I'm hoping I can tough it out today. Why is it ONLY Wednesday????

MH- I almost choked on my breakfast when I heard it was a 61 minute commute from 76 to 676. I'd die.

I took me 1 hour to get from Plymouth Meeting to 30th Street (476 to 76) which wasn't horrible. My coworkers who leave from the same area but later got stuck in a lot more traffic.

B2B - sometimes I feel like I'm babysitting at work with some of these co workers! Does it make you think twice about having kids?

I am wearing a purple shell under my suit!

I hate traffic. I used to commute from New Jersey to NYC. After a year, I said the heck with it, and moved to Philly. Now I live in the city and walk to work. Not commuting in traffic makes me a MUCH happier person.

Morning ladies. Speaking of jobs....

Last night JEGs' company had a sit down dinner for all employees and their spouses to discuss a new stock ownership program they are doing. My FIIL works for the same company so he was there, and kept trying to bring up what I do in conversation to other people. OR, random people would walk by and so "Keep takin' those pictures chopper girl!" It was getting really embarrassing.

I don't mind the 76 traffic. 95 was waaaaaaay more annoying. I hate the city, so it's not an option to live much closer to the job. Plus, if I have my way, I'll have a new job relatively soon.

Yay for purple!

Mana- I'm taking classes for a Master's in Education. Which will hopefully get me a job to teach. I hope a lot of people retire in a year and a half.

Today 76 felt like 95 -- and between the two places we "live" right now, I end up on either one or the other every day.

I love city living, and can't wait until his place sells and we can move downtown!

Mana- I actually do want kids, like ASAP, right after the wedding if possible, you would think that would make me crazy right? LOL

I just got back from dropping the kid at school and I went to get Mucinex and while I was there I got a flu shot too! Good times.

There's a facebook group too. It also helps those in the LGBT community know there are people out there who support them and more importantly support tolerance.

Oh I'm only wearing purple because it's the first article of clothling my fingers touched this morning. Didn't know the significance. There's Purple Fridays here for the Ravens, I do not partake! I'm glad I wore purple today though... I support tolerance as well.

FutureMrsTCT - I have a roomate that's been looking for a teaching job for the 3 years we've been out of college, it's crazy up there! She's from Ft Washington, I think she finally got a long-term sub. I really need to get with it on my masters, but there's nothing aroud here with what i want, and I don't think Applied Statistics will be an easy online masters program to do.

B2B - Yea I love kids too. Would LOVE to start before I'm 30 so we have a 5 year plan. Plus side I'm inheriting 2 kids from my FI's first marriage. Ryan is 6 and Lilly is 4. They are too cute, MEAN, but cute!

Mana- I am 29 so this is another reason I don't want to wait. I would have had one already if we had gotten married earlier. I have been with FI for 6 years... so it is time.

It is nice you are going to have step kids. Kids are mean though, she is 2 and is already mean!

B2B - Oh wow 6 years! Yep no waiting needed! I've only been with the FI for 1 year, so after a 2 year engagement, a year or 2 to enjoy married life, I'll be ready! Yup Stepmom... good now, until they are older and pull the "you're not my mom" but FI said he doesn't see that happening or my fear of being an evil stepmom in their eyes. Right now it's hard because they are in NC with their mom. Being Active Duty Army, he can only have visitation. We hope to get full custody once we get settled, and he's in the Guards. It's so cute Lilly calls me ManTA and Ryan calls me Amana. My SN is accually what my niece and nephew used to call me. 3 syllables is hard for little kids.
