I watch The Doctors religiously... especially if weight loss or beauty tips is one of the topics.
The other night i saw one talking about chia seeds.
Some use these for the fiber, calcium, and the fact they are high in omega 3's. (suppose to be better than flax seed)
The discussion came up that they can also be great for weight loss as a hunger suppressant because they absorb water (expanding to 10x their size) turn into a gel like substance making you feel fuller.
to my surprise, it doesnt taste. (unlike flaxseed)
i have had chia seeds in my oatmeal and pudding and didnt even notice a difference in taste.
anyone else try these?
