A bunch of unique and yummy h'orderves durin cocktails. Pasta for first course, stuff chicken and something else with a bowl of salad in middle with goat cheese, walnuts with aged balsamic for second course. Poached Pear for dessert. I'm not into eating for 4 hours I'm more into partying it up. At the same time making sure everybody is filled up. I'm happy to be at Hockley Valley cause I know their food is going to be great and not he same old same old.

  • We're doing ours cocktail reception style but with lots of food because like Lilipad, I'm more about making sure people mingle, drink, dance and have fun!  So we're having a bunch of hors d'oeurves during cocktail hour; then we'll have food stations - a pasta station, BBQ station, Slider station, French fry/sweet potato fry/poutine station; cured meat/cheese station, salad bar and veggie station and closer to the end of the night, the sweet table.  :)

    Hope that helps!
