I'm here, working on school work...yay.

My head-desk of the day: There was a girl that I was actually really good friends with who was quite a few years younger than me (she is 20 now) that started "dating" this guy while he was deployed on a ship. Hadn't met him before, her friend just suggested she "pen pal" him and she fell in love. She literally freaked out if he didn't email her back within the next 3 hours after she sent something and I wanted to slap her but every deployment is different and she's new to this and she's young so whatever. This was last spring. He got home in June, she saw him in person once, and moved in with him in August. This September she texted me to tell me they were getting married. I told her I thought it was a mistake and she said she was happy and that I should be happy for her because her family was SOOOOO AWFUL to her in the past and her life is FINALLY working out (she was 18, dating a guy that was 23, mom didn't like it and said if she thought she was old enough to date a 23 year old she was old enough to move out). Anywho, I deleted her as a friend and thought that was the end. When she asked me why via telephone (guess I should have blocked her) I told her I was offended by her improper use of her BF's NWU's, that I did not support her decision because I think that she is too young and hasn't known BF long enough, and that I thought she should pursue her dream of becoming a massage therapist and get her driver's license before she got married. I got told I was on a high horse because I think I'm better than her or some crap. Today I found out she is now married via JOP and will be having her PPD within the next year. I say PPD because she is not following my example and having a VR, she is having a "wedding". Sorry this got long hope it's entertaining. If anyone needs more entertainment I have a really great story about a girl at the dog park...its funny I promise.

Hello there!

I'm watching Spanish soap operas with my parents...they're quite funny with all there super drama lol fire- My mom's trying to lose some weight too and I've been helping her get into healthier eating habits and that combined with lots of walking and the stair climber are starting to show results

she's so happy about it too!

I'm trying to do the same, but it's so hard to kick the habit! I'll just have to see how that turns out next week XD I have to try really hard this spring semester since I'm doing my nursing prereqs. eek, I'm really nervous about it.
