Bridal shower

I just had my frist shower this past weekend (may 5th) I have another one this weekend (may 12th). My wedding is june 16th so my question is, do I send out thank you cards now for the showers or do I wait til after the wedding and write a thank you for everything???

    Send them out now, the wedding and the showers are separate events.  I don't think I would be offended to receive one thank you note for two gifts, but I would find it odd.  For one thing, when I give a shower gift it's just from me, while wedding gifts are from both FI and me.  Some showers are more for the bride, so it might be awkward to thank Cousin Sally for the lingerie and the crystal stemware in one note.  Also, combining your gift lists from multiple showers and the wedding sounds like trouble.  If it's not done properly, you may omit thanking someone for something.

    You should send out separate thank you notes for each shower, and then do the wedding ones separately as well.
