Need cheap reception venues in MD and a caterer!

I'm on a VERY tight budget ($3000) and I need to find a cheap reception venue and a caterer. We're expecting about 80 people, and our entire budget will be going towards the reception (luckily, we have friends and family who will take care of the flowers, photography, music, etc). Any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated!
