  I'm pretty much on target except I need to finish paying for my caterer. Everything else is done and paid for except what the FI's going to wear. He said he was having a suit made. I sure hope so. lol

  I woke up at 3am this morning thinking, I have so much to do. I am really organized and have a list of things but we had a lull in planning and now there are so many things. 102 days for us too!

  About a week ago FI and I sat down and created "The Big Effin To Do List"   posted it onto Google Docs so we don't forget anything.  Put a column in there if something has a specific date such as giving the final numbers to the caterer, getting our marriage license, etc.    As of right now there are about 35 items on the list and I'm sure we are forgetting some.

  I'm right on track with where TK and wedding wire checklists say that I should be, but it still feels like there are a million little things to do.  I make lots of lists, too!

  I have a list of little things, all the big stuff is pretty much done but the "little things" list just seems to keep growing. Just while I was typing this I remembered that I need to pick out ceremony readings and decide where I want to put them. I did order my garter today though, so I added to the list but I got a check to even it out.

  Things to get/order:

   

   

  • Finish designing programs and order them 
  • Figure out FI and groomsmen formalwear
  • Order his ring and get my wedding band sized
  • Buy gifts for Groomsmen, Bridesmaids, parents, and each other
  • Dress alterations
  • Get cake stand
  • Order garter
  • Meet with caterer, decide table/chair, etc preferences, finalize menu, figure out the services and set-up of hall
  • Design and order menu cards
  • Get pics of grandparents for memorial
  • Contact tent rental place 
  • Buy wedding insurance and get copies of caterer and photographers insurance certificates for venue
  • Pay final payment and security deposit to venue
  • Pay church and organist fees

  I'm feeling the pressure too! I thought choosing the big stuff at the beginning, like the dress, photographer, etc... would be the hard part but no way. All of the little stuff that keeps piling on is definitely worse. Not to mention that I need to be studying for my boards at the same time. Thank goodness for lists or I would probably lose my mind  94 days left for us

  Oh yeah,  nessavll,  I had my big stuff figured out early and thought "this wedding planning stuff is easy!" But now all those little choices are really hard! Plus, now we have to pay for them! It's helpful making a list, though! This weekend we are spending it with both MOB and MOG to maybe tackle some of the list.

  Bridesmaid dresses need ordered
  Still on a hunt for an officiant for the wedding/ get marriage license
  Need to finalize order on cake (going to a tasting next Sat to see if we like the fondant)
  Get cake topper
  Need to order flowers
  My fiance still needs to make appt for tux fittings & get his groomsmans gifts

  Do the invites
  Type out the list of songs for the DJ
  
  Aah! Now I am in a panic! LOL!
