Not too great quality of a picture but this was delicious! The only thing I would have changed would have been to make it a 4 tier just because I like the dimensions better, but I still loved it! This was from Erin at Chocolate Rose Bakery.

Ours should not have had brown on it anywhwere. This was the the one and only miscommunication we had with our caterer, so it was NBD to us. It was tasty, though, even the top tier that we held in the freezer for a year and dug into this past July!

This was our cake which was included in our reception package at Waters Edge:

I was upset when I saw it because it was supposed to have 4 tiers and have gold ribbon at the base of each layer. Other than that it was beautiful, and we got a lot of compliments on it, but I just thought it looked too plain since there was no color on it whatsoever except for the rhinestones on the 1st and 3rd layers.

I don't have a picture to show you of my cake but I also am getting my cake from J-cakes. My FH and I went in with one picture of a snowgroom and snowbride and by the end of our session we had a beautiful cake drawn for us. Just remember its what you and your FH want not what's in style.

By Erin at The Chocolate Rose Bakeshop.
Red velvet, with hints of chocolate and strawberry inside with a cream cheese and buttercream mix frosting. The buttercream to allow it to sit in room temperature. It was wonderful!
