Coordinating Dreams

Hi ladies, has anyone worked with Faye of Coordinating Dreams? I decided to hire a day-of coordinator and so far her deal is the best so I'm meeting with her tomorrow. She had some good reviews online and only one negative that I could find so I'm feeling ok about it, but thought I'd ask. Her email communication is a little touch and go, but as long as she can put my day together, that won't matter.

One other question...I asked her what I should bring with me tomorrow and she only mentioned my vendor contracts. I expetcted her to tell me to bring any visual items I already had so she could get an idea of what I was looking for, but she didn't. What did you bring to your initial consultation with a day-of-wedding coordinator?

    We are working with Shannon and Michael Cudmore of Planned Perfection. We hired Shannon in March for our May 21 wedding, so we were pretty much done planning. We brought all contracts, and some photos of what we had sent to florist, used during dress shopping, etc.- same idea Faye has I think, so that they could get an idea of our vision.

    Side note, as someone who works 60+ hours a week, and has been planning everything with my mom, I am so glad we got a day of coordinator! Good luck and I hope yours works out!

    Thanks! I met with her this morning and was pleased. In addition to the contracts I decided to bring a couple small items I had purchased for the centerpieces and an extra save the date magnet so she could get an idea of the look I was going for. It was plenty and before I left she had a whole vision for it that I had never thought of. SO glad I decided to hire a coordinator!!

    Wow, May 21 is right around the corner! Good vibes and stuff for your big day! :)
