Has anyone heard of/used Wally's Trolley?  The price he quoted me is very good, but I can't find a single review so I am a little skeptical.  Does anyone have any experience with him?  Thanks.

    Have you tried asking him for a list of references? Hopefully he has a few couples or parties who would probably recommend him. If not, there's your answer!
