What does your workout routine look like?

  • I usually hit the gym after leaving work -- 30 minutes of cardio followed by 20-30 minutes of weights. On the days I can't make it to the gym, I walk the 3.5 mile loop around my neighborhood.

  • M- 6 am boot camp
    T- 6 am Spin
    W- either bike ride or tennis in the afternoon
    Th- 6 am run 5k
    F- 6 am Boot Camp
    S- 8 am run 5k
    Su- 8 am run 5k, 9 am Strength class

    But now that I only have 2 weeks of working out before the wedding I will start running in the evenings that days that I go at 6 am in addition to the morning class. This looks crazy written out like this, but FI plays bball at 6 am everyday so it makes it easy for me to get up and go to the gym when he does. We encourage each other :)
