Hey ladies! Happy Boxing Day!

I got a Kindle Fire from my dad (!) and a really pretty sweater from my step-mom. And my sister got me "It's a wonderful life" and "The Help" (the book). :-)

I didn't get to be with FI for Christmas, though, so he and I will exchange gifts when I get back home on New Year's Eve. Which is probably good for him, because I've thought of more things to buy him. ;-)

Clothes, a gift card to the salon for my wedding hair and makeup and FI got me a pink diamond necklace and earrings. Over all I can't complain.

Great Christmas!

I got the Harry Potter collection on BluRay, A hair straightener and Texas Rangers zippy from FI; My FFIL gave me a professional deep fryer (From my registry); My FMIL gave me a gift card, jelly roll pans, and a decorator set for cakes/cupcakes; And from my mom and brother, got a 101 piece cake decorator set / tool box which is totally awesome (clicky) since I make cakes on the side. Got some other small things too from other family members.

The only thing that was disappointing was that FI HATES to wrap so I got 2 gifts unwrapped and 1 in a bag. lol. But he did good picking them out.

We got a bunch of stuff off the registry!!! We got...

-Our plate sets

-Our glass cup sets

-My mini donuit maker (yummm!!!)

-A Keurig

-We got our robes!

-On Board Credit for the cruise (so FI can teach my brother and Dad how to play Craps)

-My Mom, SIL, and I all got massages for while we are on the cruise so we can have a girls day!

And a bunch of smaller fun stuff. It was a great Christmas! But my favorite part of all was giving my 2 year old nephew his first bike (from FI and I). He LOVED it!!! He's still a little too small for it... when I bought it I thought MN would be covered in snow and he couldn't use it for 6 more months but... uh, yeah. No snow here! So he's a little upset he can't ride it but they're going to hide it in the garage so hopefully he forgets about it until this summer.

Also FI met my entire family and he fit right in! He played pool basketball with my cousins and my nephew absolutely adores him and was following him around. So a very successful Christmas for sure!

We got a lot of stuff off our registry, too. Mostly smaller stuff like picture frames and throw pillow. We were excite to get it but also a little frustrated because we're going to have to go put a lot more things on the registry, lol.

I also got a new Chi and lots of other fun small things from my parents. We had 5 Christmases this year (one just the two of us, two extended family Christmases and two immediate family Christmases) so we got a lot of stuff but I am holidayed out. lol

Fun! I love hearing about everyon's gifts and the time they spent with their family!

I got Chanel earrings, a pair of heels I really wanted but they're too small and I need to return them for a bigger size, quite a few gift cards and cash, a couple board games, the newest B Spears cd (no hating!), Hangover 2, the Naked pallet (makeup), an earring/necklace set I asked for, a fondue set and salt/pepper shakers from our C&B registry, and a bunch of other small stuff (car charger, lots of makeup, two new makeup brush sets, body wash, new razor, Hempz lotion, etc. - stockings are really big in my family).

My FI's family got me a crock pot and some serving dishes from our registry along with some cookbooks. I also got a throw and some pillows to go with our new (used) living room furniture, a set of polish pottery bowls, colorful cocktail glasses, lots of gift cards, a new watch, and a Kindle Touch.

I thought FI had bombed yet another holiday and didn't get me anything. He opened his gifts from me and then said he hadn't gotten mine yet. But on the way to my parents christmas morning he took me to his shop at school (teaches Industrial Arts) and surprised me with a cherry wood jewelry chest he is making me!! It's not quite done yet, but it is going to be beautiful! I'm so excited for it to get finished!

My fi got me a new netbook! We were sharing his laptop after mine broke about a year ago, so he bought me a tiny little net book which is exactly what I wanted. So this is my first post on the knot with it. haha I also got gift cards and a scarf and a curling iron I had wanted from his family. From my family, Aaron and I got gift cards and movie passes for date nights and I got some cute jewelry. Such a great Christmas!

My FI gave me a wrap for my engagement ring that a posted a couple weeks ago. My mom gave me a zoom lens for my camera, some tops and money. My brother's family gave me a hand mixer form our registry and dual gifted my mom (who lives with us) and I a Keurig! It was a total suprise!

FI got me earrings and a wine rack, his aunt gifted us our dinner plates off our registry and FI's parens bought us a new lawn mower... which we seriously needed.

My parents got me a 55 gallon aquarium setup and I am sooooo excited to get that going. FI got the Kinect for his Xbox and some new games.

Overall, great Christmas here!

I got lots of stuff for the wedding!

A ivory velour jogging suit for morning of wedding, 2 clutches from White House/Black Market (have to pick which one I like best and return the other for some new goodies), and a Sephora gift card to get my makeup for the wedding.

I got lots of wine this year from my family which is always good for me!

And my FI got awesome playing card cufflinks (They are the king of hearts) for the wedding and an express gift card to use for the rehearsal dinner outfit...

So lots of help with the wedding! Always a good thing!

elidellio- Yeah, I'm happy because we got the biggest things from our registry. So now I don't have to add anything else to make up for it. We only have one "big thing" (over $200) left and my Mom already said she'll be buying us that so we're covered!! But just think of how much fun it'll be to add more small stuff.

Well FI got me a Kindle Fire, which has proved to be pretty cool

I also got a NorthFace jacket (the kind that are super soft and touchable), a sewing machine and an adorable modern sewing basket and sewing essentials, a bunch of make up and a set of new brushes, some clothes, a Eureka Envirosteam (can't wait to try it!!), some giftcards, a tanning package for a month at a local salon (yay for looking sharp at the wedding!), an outfit, & some chef decorations for my kitchen.

and FI got surround sound so that will be the newest addition to our living room.

We were super blessed this year!

FI got me a pair of Diamond earrings. We got a few things off our registry, including the bedding I was in LOVE with. My parents gave me a gift card to a hair salon so I may save that and use it for the wedding. I also got a few gift cards and money as well.

FI and I got new wood floor and neware carpet put down in our house. A carport built on and a deck built under part of the carport. We also got a cherry table and china hut. And some $ from our parents. I know it doesn't sound like fun stuff but its what we needed and wanted. It was a lot of $ but our house looks so much better.

FI got me a couple watches. I didn't like either of them so we returned them for one that I really liked. FIs mom and stepdad got us half of our luggage set which is AWESOME. My mom got me the salad bowl set that I wanted off our registry. I also got a couple shirts and scarves. It was a nice Christmas. FI LOVED the record player that I got him and lots of people have commented on how cool they think it is.
