Anna Maria/Lido/Siesta/Longboat Key

I have been looking for a beach front house (directly on the beach), with a pool, that will allow weddings. So far, the only place I have found is Limefish on Anna Maria Island and I am not to fond of the decorations. It will be a small wedding, maximum of 35 guests. All of my family will be traveling here and I am going to have the wedding party stay at the house.  Does anyone know of any houses that allow weddings?

    Did you check Boca Grande, not sure on house/condo rules there but they have lots for rent there.

    I'm looking for pretty much the same thing, except a larger house to accommodate about 100 ppl for the reception in November 2012. Did you have any luck?
