Calling all Twin Cities DIY Brides and Creative Shoppers PIP

I found an inspiration board yesterday with a picture of a birdcage candle holder and some really cool candelabras as a centerpiece in the lower left quadrant. I LOVE the look of it and am trying now to google/ebay/craigslist to find anything like it to recreate for our wedding.

Does anyone have suggestions of where I could find items like these? I am already planning on post season shopping Halloween sales, but any other ideas are appreciated!

Try antique stores! There's a buttload in Stillwater and all over MN. TJ Maxx/home goods had some birdcages recently that you could easily paint whatever color you'd want them to be. Also, Linen Effects has some great candelabras that we rented for our centerpieces. Hobby Lobby in Rochester may also have some of what you are looking for. World Market may be a good place to try too.

For the birdcages, check TJ Maxx.  I have seen them there before.

I think it's really pretty, although I have no new suggestions to add.

My friend bought her candelabras at HomeGoods. They have tons of stuff!

A link for 18 black candelabra's on Minneapolis craigslist. It is your lucky day!

I saw a really pretty black three pillar candle candelabra at Michael's today, it was about 16" high (there was another black glitter one, but it was made of wood, not metal).  I don't see it on their website, but they have an end-cap at the one in Eagan along with halloween-type decor.  It looked really elegant.  It was around $16, but with their weekly coupon it could be really reasonable.

I would definitely give TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Home Goods a shot. They always have cage-y type things that would look great for wedding decor.

Clutch10 - What a great find! I emailed them immediately! That would cover about half our tables and the head table (to make it 15) so that would be perfect! I could use another cool idea for the other 15 and be set! So excited to hear back on that post!

If you can't find the right color for everything, a little spray paint may work.
