In Search of a Bagpipe player!

Hi Ladies,
Does anyone know of a bagpipe player?  We are looking for one to play as we are introduced at the reception.  It is in Mechanicsburg.  Any leads are much appreciated!

Thanks!

We are having a bagpiper at our ceremony while guests are arriving and once the I do's are finished.  He is the husband of somebody my fiance's mother works with.  Apparently, he's supposed to be really good.  Do you want his info?

I have a co-worker that plays the bagpipes (he's in the Air National Guard Band). If you're interested, I could give you his contact information.

Ladies- Can you email that information to me, as well? I've been thinking about surprising my FI with this.

Hi - Haven't been on here since my wedding last April but saw your post and had to recommend the piper we used at our wedding Robert (Bob) Mitchell from Gigmasters (.com).  He is based out of Baltimore but does not charge for travel, roughly $200.  I'm of Scottish heritage and my husband is British (from England), and a quality piper was huge for both my Scottish heritage family and all the guests from Scotland, and even England, and Bob was amazing and such a nice guy.  In my current job, i actually work for a Scottish organization and constantly hear piping of all sorts of quality levels and can definitely say Bob is GOOD!  As one of my Scottish colleagues says "Most people can't tell if a piper is really good, but everyone can tell when a piper is bad and the one thing you definitely don't want is an inexperienced or bad piper!"

We had a bagpipe player who we had found through the scottish rite.  The highlanders through the rite are sometimes available for personal gigs and are much cheaper being local to the harrisburg area.
