So as I posted yesterday, this lady had 24 hours to respond or it was ON!!! Well her 24 hours were up as of this morning. So I opened a claim with Etsy and Pay Pal. And lo and behold, literally 10 seconds after the claim was opened here she comes emailing me saying she was going to ship the hanger this weekend. She claims she changed her email address and if I've been emailing to her old address, she hasn't been getting any of the emails. First off, how's that my problem that your email address has changed. Second off, if you are running a business and you know that people communicate with you via email, wouldn't the first thing you do is update your email address and lastly, usually when I send an email to an invalid email address, the email bounces back to me as undelivered (which didn't happened here). Now she's going on about how she's so sorry and she's a full time student and Etsy is her only source of income and she was going to ship this weekend but if I'm not longer interested, she'll issue a refund. I mean I understand starving students, I really do. Heck I went thru the same thing but business is business and I still think somethings fishy
