How much are you all spending on your wedding cake?
I'm trying to get an approximate estimate.. I know that it will of course differ depending on size..
but for about 150 guests, multiple tier cake...

    For my 150 guest wedding, in Dallas, I am paying $500 for both cakes. I think that is definitely on the cheaper side, as I am doing buttercream instead of fondant, I am using a baker out of her home (low overhead), and since she is a friend and is already coming to the wedding, she isn't charging any delivery fee.
    Besides the delivery fee, though, I'm not getting an actual cake discount.
