Edmonton Reception Space

Hi ladies!

I am hoping for help finding out the average cost of reception space & meals  in Edmonton.
We are having a large wedding (200 guests) and are trying to do it on a *budget*.  We are finding that most spaces charge between $1000-$2000 for the space, and about $40-$50 for a buffet dinner.

I'm wondering if you all found these same prices, or if you have an inside tip on a beautiful place where we can get a $30 buffet.

    Hi!

    We are doing ours at RedTail Landing Golf (just outside edmonton).  The rental is $1000 and buffet is just under $30 per person.  It holds 230 people for a buffet and is beautiful, both inside and outside!

    We booked a hall that was about $1000 and were allowed to bring in our own caterer which is running us at $21/person. If your looking for a caterer alone, try Nak's Catering...they are awesome and very well prcied!
