My boyfriend of 1 1/2 years proposed on New Years Eve right as the ball dropped. We were in Portsmouth, NH for the night and after the fireworks failed because of the fog, we headed back to the hotel room to watch the countdown on TV. I was completely shocked.....and sooo excited!
This will be my second marraige but I actually feel like it's my first.
I got married to my boyfriend of 12 years when I was 25 and it only lasted 2 years and our wedding was in Aruba with very few people around to witness it. My boyfriend and I just turned 30 and this time it's soooo different! I'm actually excited to look at wedding dresses and plan a real wedding! It's crazy. I feel like I want to go around and tell everyone!! Now we just have to pick a venue....agh! It's a little overwhelming but exciting too. I welcome any and all tips for organizing my excitement, lol.
