I'm reading on the Catholic forum like always.

Someone wants guidance because her 17 year old daughter is sexually active and would like to get birth control.

This is one suggestion (since everyone is anti-BC):

Here's something you might try. Take both of them to pray in front of an abortion clinic while you still can and make it a condition of supporting her through college, whether she's dating this boy or not. As a father of a daughter I know the problems I face. But any boy that decides to jump in my girls pants will have to face me. Lord have mercy on my soul because the boy will be facing God that day if I find out. I kind of like the approach I heard on a movie. "son, just remember anything you do to my daughter I'm going to do to you"...

    oh good god. 

    In this case, two "wrongs" (premarital sex and BC) DO make a right.  Just let her get the BC!

    i appreciate the people who picket in front of planned parenthood.  if it wasn't for them making it perfectly clear which building it was, i would have walked through the wrong door.

    Jesus Christ.

    No, seriously, I'm praying here. Please get that girl some birth control. And get that other girl a father who can acknowledge that women have sex drives, too. Unless she's dating her rapist, in which case, she needs all sorts more help. 

    Also, I'm anti-BC for me, but if Bacon asked for it because she was having sex? You'd better believe she'd be at the doctor's that damn day for a scrip.
