Hi All-
I haven't posted in a few weeks. I started a new job and just haven't had the time to get onto the Knot to update on posts!
Unfortunately, with the new change I haven't been working out as often as I was before. Thankfully, I haven't gained anything but I'm struggling to get back into it. Also, with walking and swimming I feel like I've hit a bit of a plateau, can anyone recommend anything new they've tried when they were getting a bit bored?
