  I would just call around to local bridal shops and ask them when and if they do sample sales.

  Most shops should be doing them soon since the new designs are coming out.  Also when shopping you can always ask if they would sell the sample to you.  I think you probably know that sample sales will likely be limited to sample sizes, which is generally between an 8 and 12.  White Dress by the Shore lists their sample sale online.

  The Knot also might send you e-mails or notifications. They sent me one last April when The White Dress by the Shore was having theirs. I went and ended up buying my dress. If I didn't get the e-mail I probably never would have heard of the store as I am about an hour away from Clinton.

  The real truth is that sample sales are offered all the time. I think bridal shops try to make room for new gowns - especially smaller shops - also discontinued dresses are usually always on discount. I say it is a lottery. Never hurts to ask the owner if you could have a discount if the dress fits you. I read that Bridal Bells Boutique in Berlin is pretty inexpensive and they have many sizes so the statement that samples are only 10 and 12 does not apply here. However I would say that not many stores stock size 6 or below so if u are that tiny you must really be lucky. Good luck dress hunting.
