Different MOH dress

Hey ladies question for you I am just processing things and looking at bridesmaid dresses and I want to know does the maid of honor have to have a different dress? Like if I were to do the convertible dresses does anyone think it would look out of place for the MOH to have the same dress as the other girls and just give her a nice broach?

I think they can all have the same dress. My girls pretty much have the same dress but the MOHs have a belt around theirs. I think the brooch will help her stand out more or a different ribbon around her bouquet or a little bigger bouquet.

I agree with pp. Because Im letting my BMs pick out different styles of dress my MOH dress is different and she is wearing a sash.

I thought about the brooch idea....and same dress.....but before davids bridal cancelled my colors, I had my bp in the same dress different colors and by mohs in a third color...

My BMs actually have the same dress but my MOH's will be in a different color.

My girls all have the same dress but the MOH is a differet color with a different applique on the front.
