Someone to do my hair?

I am in Dallas for the weekend and trying to get some wedding stuff done for my wedding on June 17th. Does anyone have suggestions for where I can get my hair done for my wedding at a reasonable price? Money is one of the main issues. I would like a nice updo. I was hoping I could check out some suggestions from everyone between today and tomorrow. Thank you!

    Do you know how much you want to spend?  For $40 I got an updo for a friend's wedding at Visible Changes in the Collin Creek Mall.  However, my bridal hair/makeup together was $275.

    Im really looking for around 100 or maybe less for hair. I was thinking of just going to sephora in the mall for makeup. I heard if you buy 50 in makeup, they will do all of your makeup!

    Where exactly will you be getting married?  The Jovie Salon in Corinth does up-dos at about $50.  They also have a salon in Allen.

    I have my hair done at Toni & Guy in Northpark Mall and it's $65 + tip. 

    Several Knotties have used Tangerine Salon.  They have locations in Coppell, Highland Village and Allen.

    If you just want a simple updo, I would call and ask for pricing and not tell them it's for a bridal updo.  My guess is you will be charged more.

    I wil be getting married in Dallas at Winfrey point which is on white rock lake. So those locations are a little far. Thanks you for the suggestions though!

    I would ask for Chi, Kevin, or the Asian girl that I wish I could remember her name because she did my hair for my B-pics and it looked great.  Toni & Guy does regular makeup (not airbrush) also for $37.  I'd probably choose Sephora over it though just because I think their products are superior.  MAC would probably be even better.

    If you are looking for a one-stop shop, you could also look into Ulta. They have a location in the Park Lane shopping center across from North Park and can do makeup and hair. I do agree that mentioning 'bridal' will increase the price a bit.

    I did my makeup at Nars at Neimans in Northpark and you spend $50 in product and they do your makeup! Great deal!

    Watch out at Toni and Guy. They have five different levels of stylists, so the price can vary greatly. Just make sure when you make an appointment you are clear on what the charge will be.
    And I did Sephora, paid $50 for a gift card, and it was GREAT. I would do it again for any event in the future, just beause I spend money there all the time anyways.

    Salon Unique in Burleson. $56 for an up do, ask for Mary Ell...SHE IS AMAZING:)
