  Are they fully paid & only there as a vendor?  If so, and not a coordinator that is also a guest, then no corsage is needed.

  Nope I don't think so if you hired them.  Like the PP stated, if you've fully paid for them and you really have no personal relationship with them then I would skip it.

  No, not if they are paid vendors.  Corsages are for family and friends.
