Ceremony under $500?

I have most of my budget going to my reception and all the other odds and ends. I just cant justify spending a whole lot on the ceremony when its only going to last about 15-20 minutes. My reception venue is located in whittier, im looking for a ceremony location within 5 miles of that. Any recommendations?

    have you looked at the Whittier College chapel? I knew someone who got married there and she was on a SUPER tight budget so I can't imagine her spending much more than that.
