Live bands, average costs

I have been redirected here from another board. So bear with me.

Im in Yakima, Wa

So Im checking out live bands and I have no clue what the average cost is for a band to play.

Our reception will be about five hours.

Any input on an average cost?

    I don't know of any good live bands here in central Washington.  I'm getting married in Moses Lake and finally  just hired a DJ...

    I have no idea either lol My dad has a band, pretty good one but it sounds they wont be able to do it cause they play friday saturdays. my weddings on a saturday.
    I have another friend with a band he told me 1500.00 I just wanna make sure its reasonable ya know?

    If you find one make sure you post it here - there has to be more girls looking for a live band!  And good luck!  Have you found your other vendors yet?
