Bridal Shower Venues

Hi Everyone!

I am a bridesmaid for an upcoming June 2013 wedding and am helping the Maid of Honor choose the shower venue. I have been looking for quite a while but am completely overwhelmed with options! I think we're looking for a hall or function facility anywhere on the South Shore, Franklin area or Worcester area (family/friends and bridal party are scattered through out Massachusetts). The bride is very into colorful, personal touches so we're looking for a space we can decorate and customize, the shower will be for about 55 people and another big factor is cost because most of the bridal party is in their early-twenties and not exactly cash rich haha.

Any guidance/help/recommendations would be helpful and very much appreciated. Thank you!!

    We had mine at the Chateau in Norton.  It was absolutely gorgeous.  It's right on a lake.

    I'm not sure if you need a connection to rent the space, but I was recently at a retirement party at the American Legion hall in Wrentham, which is next to Franklin. It was nice inside and probably about the right size for your party.

    oconnors in worcester has a space big enough.  I dont beleive they require deposits or anything for the room and you can pick if you want to do a buffet or plates and the foood is amazing

    Had mine at the Inn at Bay Pointe in Quincy, it was gorgeous!!!
