DJ bailed, wedding is 2 months away!

Hi everyone!

So, big problem.  A friend of mine was supposed to DJ my wedding, and no longer is able to do it.  My wedding is 2 months away, and now I need to find somebody.  I am freaking out a little bit (ok, a lot!), because my friend was going to do it for free, and I don't really want to spend an extra $1000 that was unplanned.

Does anyone know any DJ's that are maybe breaking into the scene and are affordable?  Let me know!  Thanks!!

    Hey Shoot me an email if you don't find someone. I know a DJ that is a bit affordable liek $250 an hr. So maybe if you don't use them for the cocktail hr and just use him for the reception?

    And tell them you are in a bind- maybe they are free. They gave me a quote of like $800- maybe they can give you a discount to save you another hundred? Its worth trying

    I have no idea what he will be like (since we haven't been married yet),... but we are using Sidney from Dee Jays Etc.  His price was under $1k, and so much more reasonable than any other quote we got.
