Dietary Restrictions.....

I'm not sure if this has been addressed before but do we need to ask our guests if they have dietary restrictions, needs?? I will be indicating on my response card what the entree selections are.....

    i always thought that if it was a big problem ie they cant eat anything with nuts they would let you knw or ask

    i will have a veggie option i know my aunt and my other aunts man have a laundry list of stuff they cant eat

    I have several guests who are vegan, have dietary restrictions or won't eat from pots with certain meats cooked together. I will place a card at those individuals tables and the staff will bring them plates in that option. You can have a space on the response card for dietary restrictions
