Hello ladies!
The day is finally here!
I gave FI his gift last night at our rehearsal dinner which was a frame with a picture of us with scrabble letters. Before scrabble was the "it" game to play on an iphone, we would play together and with our families on get togethers. Funny part was he also gave me a frame last night.. It is silver with our names and wedding date.
I also snuck and read his letter he wrote to me for this morning. My FI is not the most lovey-dovey person, but his little few line note was perfect.
Before I sign-off for the day, I did want to mention that I cried last night because my soon-to-be in-laws did not show up to our rehearsal until it was over. They said they got lost, but then one of my friends mentioned the fact that my FMIL indeed know where it was because she drove there to demand frozen drinks while I was at work. (Kudos to her for being so observant) And then they did not say a WORD to me...
I had 3 people come up to me and ask if they always act like that to me. It was beyond awkward. My MIL did tell me to sit down once while I was telling my dad who is who. She said people do not want to be introduced, they want to order their drinks. At that point my father said, there is still time to change your mind.
So who knows what today will bring. Hopefully no drama. And if there is, CHEERS to crazy in-laws!
