I just received an email from them with a package promotion. Any feedback would be appreciated before we schedule a meeting with them. Please provide all types of feedback. Also, they say they are a preferred vendor of The Knot..does The Knot do that? TY Kaylee

    My cousin used them for her engagement and wedding pictures. Her engagement pictures were done very well and the photographer she had did a great job. However..... for her wedding day she didn't have such a great photographer. There was  a photographer and a videographer. The videographer was telling the photographer what to do, where to place us and such. After they got their pictures back, they realized that they only had maybe 5 pictures (other than the backdrop pictures) of JUST them (bride and groom). THey complained and it took a while for them to get anywhere with them. I bought pictures, and the quality was good. But she was very upset w/ how she only had a few pictures of her and her husband on their wedding day. If anyone else used them, I hope they had a better experience.

    Thank you so much for the feedback. I have also found some mixed reviews as well from various sites like WeddingWire. I definitely would love to hear more experiences!

    Unless you want to deal with horrible customer service and unprofessional people (which of course, no bride does) DO NOT USE THEM! They do not follow up with their customers, and they are very good at jerking people around. There are other photographers out there that dont come with a complimentary headache!
