Back from Spring Break and I wish it was Friday.... :(

Weigh in: (I did not weigh myself this week, but here are the fields to fill)
Starting weight: 160lbs
Last week's weight: 150lbs
Today's weight: --
Goal weight: 140 by the weddidng, 130 ulimate goal

B: Eggs and spinach
S: Almonds
L: Salad with chicken, cinamon chex
S: Apple
D: Tostadas

E: Bootcamp this morning and hopefully starting insanity tonight with Fi.

    Had an amazing and wedding-free relaxing weekend at the beach with the fam. I could use one of those every weekend. I'm really proud of my weight today because we PIGGED OUT on Saturday night. 

    Weekly Weigh in: 

    Starting weight: 144 lbs.
    Last week's weight: ?
    Today's weight: 137.4 lbs.
    Weight Loss to Date: 6.6 lbs.
    Goal weight: 125-128 lbs. (we'll see where I get).

    B: Cheerios and FF milk
    S: Apple
    L: Turkey melt (boars head shredded turkey on a whole wheat english muffin, sliced tomato and cabots reduced fat cheddar sliced and melted on top)
    S: Wasabi almonds (don't knock 'em until you've tried 'em. :) )
    D: TBD - some type of chicken unless scallops are on sale, veggies, and quinoa
    S: Skinny Cow desserts - either the chocolate peanut butter bar or the milk chocolate clusters

    E: Insanity Day 1
  • Ladies, we are Fi and I are starting insanity tonight. Starting with the fitness test...any tips, advice before we take the plunge??

    And it kicks your ass. It's seriously intense.

    This!! FOR SURE dont eat before hand! Actually.... you should make sure to eat a few hours before..... I felt sick the rest of the night. Make sure to have a HUGE thing of water very nearby. I do my workouts with no shoes.... I like tha I can jump better and stuff (on carpet). GOOD LUCK!!!

  • Yes Insanity is intense but it is soo addictive. I'm going on my second month now.

    B: oatmeal with cranberries and honey

    L: Turkey sandwich with swiss cheese and salad with watermellon

    E: TBD.  My ankle is still messed up and I'm limping so I may do some ab and arm stuff.

    Today's weight: -- 128 (damn you easter dinner!!!!)
    Goal weight: 120

    B: Oops...nothing....need to go shopping!
    L: out with FI....probably stir fry
    D: TBD - I am thinking chicken tacos maybe

    E: None...Insanity rest day (although I feel so lazy I might go for a run)

    Insanity advice: Don't drink too much water at water breaks or it just sloshes around.....just take a few sips.  And don't feel like you have to go as fast as the people on the DVD or you will probably burn out early....pase yourself, but make sure you challenge yourself as well.

    Are you all doing the Insanity workout though? 
    I do not have that- I do have the P90 X But have not been doing it. 
    I need to get back to it!

    Weight loss so far: 7.2
    Goal weight: 115

    B: NA Had to rush to a meeting
    S: NA morning rush didn't allow me to pack snacks or lunch :(

    D: Lettuce wraps filled with grilled chicken breast, mushrooms, and onions. Peas on the side

    E: Fixed the washing machine
