What's your biggest wedding day fear?

I love my mom, but she is making me seem calm during this wedding planning process (and I am super high strung, type A). The week leading up the wedding, she's going to be so stressed out. I will already be stressed out because there will be so much to do, so I really don't want people around me being even more stressed out! She has been really helpful in the planning process, but she feels very responsible for it too.

That everyone will be late and I won't get the pictures I want before the ceremony. We have such a small time frame that our WP, both sets of parents and grandparents pretty much have to be on time (better yet, early) or they won't get to be in them.

I also fear that there will be older relatives that will make nasty comments toward my gay and lesbian friends who would be bringing their S/Os.

Honestly despite some very minor bumps with vendors the bookings have gone so completely smooth I'm petrified the wedding day will be horrible. Im so nervous the weather will be humid and hot an since it's outside we definitely need a breeze a few breezes lol

Rain. Yes we have a large tent, but no backup plan for 250 people if it is bad...

LOL I had wedding nightmares 2 days in row so far. It looks like from my nightmares that what I'm most afraid of is the vendors not showing up or doing what they are supposed to. A recurring theme in my dreams is the vendors just not being there or showing up really late and missing important moments and everything is a mess.

My actual wedding dreams/nightmares have been about not being ready on time or people not dancing. The latter is one of my fears about the weddings- I want everyone to enjoy themselves! I'm also a little nervous about my FIs family drinking too much and getting in to fights (slim chance, but more of a chance than I'd like). Lastly, I'm worried I won't get to enjoy the day, that I'll be having to make sure pictures get done and I talk to everyone. I'm a bit shy and small talk kills me, especially when I'd rather be dancing!

I am worried about rain, my venue has a back up plan but I really really want to be married outside.

So fingers and toes crossed that it will not rain from 6-7 on that day

Definitely RAIN, I'm geting married outside by the beach and the reception is on the rooftop of the hotel; rain would be a disaster!

Mine is that the reception isn't decorated the way I want. I'm a control-oriented person so not being able to help decorate is driving me up the wall and the wedding is still so far away so I've gotta find a way to get over it before the day of.

Right now my biggest fear is rain. We are having a gazebo ceremony and the alternative if it rains is inside the reception space =( I'm crossing my fingers!!!! I try to calm myself by saying that usually around here it hardly rains on Mother's day weekend.

Rain or the threat of rain, which equals humidity. Our ceremony is outside (with a backup plan inside) but all of our pictures are going to be out front of the venue and the riverfront.

I'm also worried that everything won't come together to complete my vision.

OK so I know this is morbid but since I witnessed it happen. i went to a wedding last year where the grooms mother collapsed during the service so something like that is my worst fear

My beggest fear is all the planning only my FI and I are really doing the planning none of our family care to help out if they do they want it there way and we really dont have close friends that live close to us to help with planning.i want to make sure May 4.2013 is the best day for my FI and I its our one and only wedding i want the best

</div><div>I went to a wedding that had an outdoor ceremony and it was ridiculously hot that day. I just remember the groomsmen using their pocket squares to wipe sweat off their heads! What was more like a 20 minute ceremony felt like 20 hours with the heat!</div>

That somehow someone will get into a fight that day and that I will be on my period. My cycle keeps changing!

I'm just mostly worried about the whole ceremony.

I'm worried about having so many people watching me (down the aisle). I don't do well in situations as such. If I feel embarrassed, my face gets really red, I break into a sweat, and my eyes water.

I'm terrified that I'll burst into a nervous fit of giggles.

I'm terrified of not being able to spit out vows/other moments of speaking or stuttering (I have some issues with talking sometimes that I know what I'm trying to say and either stutter or have a really hard time getting the words out).

I'm terrified of crying (happy tears of course) in front of everyone (I generally always fear this in day to day life).

I feel such relief at the ceremony being over with.
