  I'm not a fan of trying deceive others with your stone, but if you want a quality cz, look into asha at betterthandiamond.com.
  
  It's more expensive than the cz you'd find at walmart, but it's worth it.

  Not CZ, but I would look on QVC at their Diamonique line. I have a Diamonique watch and you'd never guess it wasn't real. It's a very high quality simulated diamond.

  I'd just wear your real ring if I were you.  Otherwise, if you're interested in a less expensive stone than a diamond you could look into white sapphire, or CZ.
