Hi All,
This is my first post here. I'm planning a secret wedding to my partner in early May. I have the dress, and I now need to lose a few more pounds to feel just right in it, and for the last button to do up at the back.
Can anyone suggest any exercises that will tone up that area (where a bra strap would fasten) as at the moment the dress is pinching me a little bit and I'd rather not have a back bottom on the day!
