Help - does anyone know how I can find this dress?

I love this dress that I saw on pinterest - however I can't find it anywhere online.  I am asking for all the future brides help, maybe you have passed it in search of items for your own wedding or know ways I can search for it - I am not dress savoy so I don't even know what neckline or waist line type it is!
Please help.

    It's a strapless sweetheart neckline, empire a-line gown. Most likely made of taffeta and organza or chiffon, with a sash.
    Here is the website if you want to buy it online, but I don't necessarily recomment it. Just a warning- I grew up in the bridal industry, and remember lots of brides buying last minute because of online horror stories.
    You could probably find someone to make it for you from scratch... depending on where you live, it might be more or less expensive than buying retail. I'd check out your resources, and also check out local fabric stores for their message boards- they will often offer local business cards, etc. that might point to someone that is off the radar and less expensive.
