So I had a productive Saturday, and thought I'd share.
First, I finished my DIY bracelet. $16 for the whole thing. Score!

Next up, centerpieces for the rehearsal dinner that my mom and I put together. It's really low-key, and at a marina, so we went with a beachy theme.

Last, but definitely not least - hair trial with DIY veil. I made a sketch and provided some photos to my mom and her friend of what I wanted (her friend had offered to make my veil), and they finished it last week. It's a drop veil with lace that mom's friend found in NYC on her last trip, and then my mom hand-sewed pearls onto the lace at every crest of the scallops. It's gorgeous and I love it. I'm partial to the hair as well, and for those that are curious, the barrette is from Etsy seller SeDuCe. :-)
Oh, and yes I like to make funny faces in pictures. :-P

Next up on Thursday, final dress fitting. I've been to all my dress fittings alone because my mom doesn't live in this town, and I'm not about to take FI. But she's coming up on Thursday for the last one, so I'll finally have some to take pictures so I can AW just for Hetshup. :-)
