Wedding Venues On a Budget Around Vancouver/Portland

I'm planning a same-sex wedding in the Vancouver/Portland area and we are on a serious budget. We would both love to be married at a winery/vineyard but I am having major troubles locating ones that even host weddings. Any help would be very much appreciated!

    What does serious budget mean? Like how much are you trying to keep the venue cost under?

    My tip is to look at state owned parks and places. My venue is at a cruise terminal owned by bellingham so it only runs us 100/hr
