Sorry girls, I was late on this one...
Today I didn't work out at all, minus one thing that a friend of mine who is UBER into fitness suggested. How many of you girls have a long drive to work? Every so often grab the steering wheel and squeeze your stomach as tight as you can, hold it for a few seconds and let go... its like doing mini crunches in the car (and if you do enough of them you def feel it!!!)
