Flower Suggestions

My colors are black, white and eggplant... my bridesmaids are going to be wearing black but I'm stuck on what color flowers will look nice next to them because of the darkness of black and eggplant. I don't want to throw another color in from out in left field so I'm stuck! Any suggestions on ways to make it work??

    What about different shades of purple ranging from light to dark?  A color that looks amazing with purple is a light green.  You won't need to add green to your overall color scheme but use it more as another neutral color to breakup the purple a bit.

    Throwing other colors in is ok as long as you use them as accent colors...they certainly do not need to show up everywhere but they are nice because they add a bit of a surprise and a pop to the color scheme.

    my fave PIcasso calla lilies...

    cymbidiums come with purple throats too... you have lots of elegant options...

    "black" calla lilies are stunning. If your maids carried those with either some white or green to pop against, it would be beautiful!

    The florist told her they charge the exact same amount for silk as they do fresh. I would recommend calling around to see if your florists are any different. If you talk to your florist and focus on the color instead of the type of flower you can go real and still be cost effective by finding something more seasonal.
