Hello everyone! I've never posted on here, but I need to get my act together. I'm about 50-60 pounds overweight. I want to lose weight so badly, but I know that a gradual approach is best. I'm very tempted by the Body by Vi shakes or the pills you can get from the Medical Weight Loss centers. The logical part of my mind says: stop eating like crap and start working out again. I would appreciate any advice you guys may give me. TIA!
