    We had a candy buffet.  Everyone loved having a treat that they enjoyed for the car ride home from the Cape.

    We did personalized bookmarks and small bags of Cape Cod Potato Chips.

    We tied little ribbons to sandollars and ordered little round stickers that said 
    We are so blessed with friends like you...with love and thanks and our names and the wedding date..

    I stole this idea from one of my friends that got married on the cape.  It's a yankee candle in a beachy scent inside a little white sand pail, with a ribbon tied on.  So cute and who doesn't like candles?  I know people like edible favors, so we're having a candy bar as well.

    who doesnt go to the Cape and get a Tshirt? we are going to get tshirts from cuffys that simply have Cape Cod on the front then i was going to fabric paint the date on the back :)

    We're doing mini OOT bags for each person, because everyone's out of town!
    *For the guys' bags, we'll put in Cape Cod chips, water, golf tees with the words, "Teeing off together" and our wedding date, and an invitation to our beach bonfire for that night, and for our breakfast the next morning. 
    *The ladies' bags will also have the invite, and have a cranberry/white chocolate chip cookie from our favorite little shop in Chatham, and we're still thinking of their non-edible item (maybe a set of hand-made wine charms!)  Other ideas welcome for that part!
    *We'll also have a kids bag/sand pail with a few things to keep them busy at the reception :)

    We'll probably put out of town bags at the hotel, but instead of wedding favors we're making a donation to either the National Brain Tumor Society or Dana Farber. I have to figure out if we'll make a sign or put a note at each place setting.
